Building My Remarkable Business with Kellee Wynne

In late 2023, I took a leap and joined Kellee Wynne’s Build it Remarkable programme — and I can honestly say it transformed the way I think about and run my business.

Until then, I’d been running my creative work in a way that felt, organic, yes, but also a little haphazard and unfocused. I knew I wanted to grow, but I didn’t quite have a structure or a plan. Kellee’s programme changed all that. She encouraged me to build my business from the roots up - to create something solid, sustainable, and uniquely mine.

One of the first things I learned was the power of connection through a truly irresistible free offer, my course Creative Soul Discovery. Kellee calls it a “too good to be true” offer, the kind that makes people think, I can’t believe this is free! And I even had some comments which said exactly that!!

For me, this meant creating something that felt generous and authentic, a resource that genuinely helped people and allowed me to connect directly with my audience. My email list began to grow, but more importantly, I began to grow real relationships with the people on it.

From there, I didn’t just guess at what my audience wanted, I asked them. I listened. And then, I began building my offer alongside them, step by step. That process eventually became my signature online course, Creative Soulscapes, which I launched in autumn 2024.

This course is very close to my heart. In Creative Soulscapes, I work live with artists to help them overcome blocks like procrastination, overwhelm, and perfectionism, which are challenges I’ve experienced myself and have also seen so many creatives face. Together, we explore what they truly love in their art and how to make more of it. I draw on my experience as an art psychotherapist, weaving together two strands of creative growth: the inner work of self-discovery and the outer work of actually making the art.

Kellee gave me the motivation, tools, and confidence to bring this vision to life. Her methods still guide me today — helping me make decisions that steer my business in the direction I want it to grow. I’ve learned to create my own offers with purpose, while also embracing collaboration with other inspiring artists I met through the programme, such as the wonderful Francisca Nunes (more on that collaboration soon!!)

Looking back, joining Build it Remarkable was one of the most pivotal choices I made for my creative career. It wasn’t just about building a business — it was about building a business that feels like me. And that, I’ve learned, is where the magic really happens.
